What LeadMole Does

LeadMole is a commercial, read-only topic monitoring and discussion review platform. It helps authenticated users search public Reddit and X discussions related to selected topics, customer pain points, and product categories, then organize potentially relevant posts in a private dashboard for human review.

LeadMole does not post, comment, vote, send private messages, moderate communities, impersonate users, or automate interactions on Reddit or X.

Information We Collect

We may collect and store:

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication identifiers.
• Profile setup information you provide, such as your website, product description, ideal customer, search topics, pain phrases, and voice samples.
• Public post metadata and text returned by configured data sources, such as public Reddit posts and public X posts, when needed to display relevant discussions in your private dashboard.
• Usage records, such as daily dig activity, saved matches, dismissed posts, and generated draft replies.
• Payment and subscription status through Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Operational logs used for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate LeadMole, personalize search and review results, enforce plan limits, process payments, improve reliability, and protect against abuse. We may use AI processors to classify public posts, summarize context, and generate draft text for your review. We do not use Reddit content to train our own machine learning models.

Third-Party Services

LeadMole uses service providers including Supabase for authentication/database services, Stripe for billing, OpenAI for AI processing, Vercel for web hosting, Railway for scheduled worker jobs, and public data APIs configured by the service. These providers process data only as needed to provide the service.

Public Platform Data

LeadMole may display limited public post information from Reddit or X inside an authenticated user's private dashboard. We respect platform access requirements, rate limits, and removal requirements. If access is revoked or content must be removed, we may delete cached or stored copies from LeadMole.

Your Choices

You can update your profile settings in the app. You can request deletion of your account data by contacting us. Some records may be retained where needed for security, legal, billing, or abuse-prevention purposes.
