Use of LeadMole
LeadMole provides tools for private review of public online discussions. You may use LeadMole only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these terms, applicable laws, and the rules and terms of any third-party platform whose content you review.
Read-Only Platform Access
LeadMole is designed as a read-only monitoring and review tool. It does not post, comment, vote, send direct messages, moderate communities, or automate interactions on Reddit or X. You are responsible for any manual participation you choose to make on third-party platforms.
No Spam or Harassment
You may not use LeadMole to spam, harass, manipulate, deceive, or target people in a way that violates platform rules or applicable law. Generated drafts are suggestions for human review and must not be used for automated or bulk messaging.
Third-Party Content and APIs
Public posts and metadata remain subject to the rights and rules of their respective platforms and authors. LeadMole access to third-party APIs may change, be limited, or be revoked. We may remove stored platform content when required by a platform, law, or reasonable removal request.
Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Plan limits, available sources, and features may change over time. You are responsible for keeping your billing information current and for canceling subscriptions you no longer want.
AI Output
LeadMole may use AI to classify posts, summarize context, and draft suggested replies. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review all output before relying on it or using it in any manual communication.
Disclaimer
LeadMole is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that any source will be available, that any lead will convert, or that any generated text is suitable for your use case.
